Job Description

DIN Engineering Services is looking to hire a Self-Motivated Talent Acquisition Manager who would be responsible for leading a recruitment team through strategic manpower planning, fulfilling the requirements of its big IT clients, enhancing the existing recruitment processes and systems, and building systems to monitor delivery performance.
The role will require direct engagement with the business head, the clients and managing the recruitment mandates from these clients as well the internal recruitment needs of the organisation.

  • Lead, manage and develop the recruitment team; driving a high level of performance against hiring plans.
  • Should own and improve the recruitment process and tools to drive higher conversion rates and a superior candidate experience.
  • Engage with the reporting manager to identify periodic talent needs, work with recruiting team to develop talent pools and/or social engagements.
  • Monitors analytics (reports) and explore & implement improvement solutions, streamlining processes, identifying common issues and collaborating with the hiring managers to resolve the same.
  • Proactively manage candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities with the organization.
  • Ensure TAT is achieved as per timelines and joining of the candidate within the stipulated time frame.
  • Develop and implement a cohesive day-to-day recruiting operation.

Desired Candidate Profile
  • Should be a Self-Motivated Leader with prior experience of leading TA teams.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Should have finesse.
  • Should have hired IT/ITeS and business process related profiles directly / in-directly for large IT companies.
  • Experience of working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Large IT Companies via Corporate.
  • Experience of hiring candidates on Company pay-roll (3rd party) while they are deployed at Client locations / Large IT Companies.
  • An eye for detail and quick learning ability to develop market insights to be able to smartly shortlist and target profiles.
  • Agile in approach, with a Sense of urgency and is Target Driven.
  • Skilled in reporting to senior management and manage upwards.

Salary: INR 6,00,000 - 9,00,000 P.A.
