Excellent English written and oral communications skills a must.

As a Lead Development Manager (LDM), you will be responsible for qualifying prospective customers & prospects prior to meeting with Sales Executives. This will include pipeline generations, following up on marketing generated responses, new market penetration, calling on senior-level executives, webinar and event follow-up, and more.

What youll do
  • Support India DX sales efforts through qualifying inbound calls, chats, and emails while building quality pipeline.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com tool to ensure standard processes are followed during opportunity qualification, standard Q&A is utilized and opportunity tracking / distribution rules are followed.
  • Work with direct sales organizations to identify qualification improvements and ensure only qualified leads are passed.
  • Consistent in high quality opportunity qualification.
  • Assist customers in understanding Adobe enterprise solutions, configuration, environment and how they fit within their current infrastructure and business processes.
  • Build strong working relationships with sales force and field marketing organization.
  • Keeping SFDC up to-date with lead/opportunity notes, qualification status/tracking, correct marketing event codes with the ability to track success.
  • Adhere to and enforce lead/opportunity distribution processes, policies and procedures.
  • Build team brand and personal brand by achieving top internal and external customer service.
  • Meet or exceed requirements for deliverable output on a daily basis with high contact ratios, lead conversation ratios and accepted leads ratios
